A pretty intriguing piece. :)
Low cut-neckline which gently exposes a hint of cleavage, large bib-like dual layer designed in a wave ruffled pattern, matching trimmings.
Loose cut and flowy.
Not too fond of the bib thing, but the patterns sure are pretty! ;D
Just the slightest bit sheer chiffon material.
