So fun and quirky! Lovee it to bits. xDPeter Pan inspired ruffled layers framed with cherry red trims, the most adorable bow tie ever sitting right in the middle, sheer chiffon material for a cooling sensation under the hot sun, and sprayed delightfully in splashes of varying polka dot sizes. :)
